in 1989 and her MBA degree in 1985 from the University
of Miami. She is Board Certified in Labor &
Employment Law by the Florida Bar and is also
certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources

(HRCI), the accrediting body for the Society for
Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Ms. Hanley's practice
focuses on regulatory issues affecting the employment
relation. She develops human resources policies,
programs and training courses. Also, her legal
expertise includes: internal investigations, litigation,
arbitrations, mediations, negotiations and administrative
hearings.
