In addition to litigation services, we work with employers’ management and human resource professionals, explaining the legal ramifications of the various laws and regulations affecting employer/employee relations.  We create and/or review employment practices, policies and manuals, so that we may help ensure that our clients comply with laws unique to the employment relationship and may, in turn, help our clients develop a positive employment atmosphere.
